L’empreinte nutritionnelle, dont les mécanismes restent encore obscurs et qui semble perdurer à travers les générations suivantes, met en lumière le rôle clé de l’inadéquation entre l’environnement nutritionnel pré- et postnatal et la programmation de l’obésité.
