Mécanisme d’action de l’anticorps monoclonal anti-PD-1 dans le ganglion lymphatique drainant la tumeur. L’anticorps monoclonal anti-PD-1 (anti-PD-1 mAb), en se fixant sur les lymphocytes T folliculaires auxiliaires (Tfh), entraîne la production d’interleukine 4 (IL-4) par ces lymphocytes, ce qui stimule la réponse antitumorale des lymphocytes T CD8+ dans le ganglion drainant la tumeur.
