Schématisation de la biogenèse des sphères tumorales à polarité inversée. Les sphères tumorales à polarité inversée (TSIP) se forment par bourgeonnement du côté luminal, et s’accompagnent d’une diminution de la signalisation TGF-β (transforming growth factor-β). La migration des TSIP est liée à une activité contractile de la myosine II via l’activité de Rock (Rho-associated coiled-coil-containing protein kinase 2).
