Le système inductible par la Rapamycine (Rp). En présence de Rp, il y a formation d’un hétérodimère entre l’immunophiline (FKBP) et la protéine FKBP associée à la Rp (FRAP). Lorsque FKBP est fusionnée avec un zinc-finger homeodomain fusion (ZFDH1) et FRAP à un élément activateur p65, la présence de Rp permet la transcription du transgène sous contrôle d’un promoteur dépendant de la présence de ZFDH1-FKBP.
