Renewal of Transformative Agreement Between FRQ and EDP Sciences Secures Open Access Publishing in médecine/sciences for Quebec Researchers (2025–2027)

We are pleased to confirm that the transformative agreement between Fonds de Recherche du Québec (FRQ) and EDP Sciences specifically covering the journal médecine/sciences, has been renewed for a new three-year term (2025-2027). 

This agreement, originally established in 2016, provides access to the content of médecine/sciences for participating Quebec universities* and enables their corresponding authors to publish Open Access in the journal under a CC-BY licence. Under this transformative Open Access agreement, FRQ centrally covers the Open Access fees for eligible corresponding authors publishing in médecine/sciences.
