miR-25 up-regulates the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in melanoma M14 cell. (A) M14 cells were transfected with NC or miR-25 plasmids for 24 hours and expression of AKT, p-AKT, mTOR, p-mTOR, Cyclin D1, P70 and GAPDH were detected by western blots. (B) The relative amounts of proteins were normalized using GAPDH. Results represent data from three independent experiments. * P<0.05. P values were determined using Student’s t-tests.
