La structure de la myosine VI est comparée à la structure de la myosine V (gauche) dans le même état conformationnel (orientation et couleur identique). Noter l’orientation opposée des bras de levier des myosines V et VI, celui de la myosine VI étant orienté vers le bout (-) du filament d’actine.
