Résumé

L’antibiorésistance constitue un enjeu majeur à l’interface de la santé humaine, animale et environnementale. Les instances nationales et internationales appellent à une approche « One Health » (une seule santé), qui doit compléter les problématiques sectorielles de la santé humaine, animale et environnementale et être en cohérence avec les attentes de chacun. Cela nécessite au préalable une bonne compréhension des enjeux et des acteurs de chaque secteur. Au cours de dernières années, la France s’est dotée d’outils structurants qui témoignent d’un réel changement d’échelle et d’approche. Pour autant, il reste des défis à relever, notamment la nécessité de pérenniser la culture collaborative et les financements, afin de transformer cette dynamique en engagements à long terme.

Abstract

Antimicrobial resistance is an issue that affects human, animal and ecosystem health. National and international institutions are calling for a “One Health” approach that should complement the specific challenges of each sector and align with the expectations of each of them. This requires a clear understanding of the issues and key players in each sector. France has recently developed structural tools and shown a strong commitment to progress towards the concrete implementation of a “One Health” approach. However, several challenges still need to be addressed, including maintaining a culture of collaboration and securing funding to ensure the sustainability of the improvements achieved so far.
