Transgènes d’immunoglobulines humaines introduits chez la souris. Les locus des chaînes lourdes μ, δ, γ, α et légères λ, κ, etc. sont représentés en configuration germinale. Les gènes introduits par insertion aléatoire dans le génome des souris transgéniques sont schématisés en précisant le nombre de segments V et de gènes constants inclus dans les transgènes.
