Overexpression of RBM10 suppresses growth of U2OS osteosarcoma cells. (A) U2OS cells were transfected with pcDNA3.1-RBM10. RNA was then extracted and the expression of RBM10 was assessed by qPCR. (B) RBM10-overexpressed U2OS cells (RBM10) and negative control cells (NC) were lysed and subjected to SDS-PAGE and Western Blotting was performed to detect the expression of RBM10.
