Modèle d’initiation du BCC chez la souris adulte. L’activation de la voie Hedgehog dans les cellules souches de l’épiderme entraîne un arrêt de leur différenciation normale, induit l’expression de marqueurs du follicule pileux et finalement conduit à la progression en BCC invasif.
