Présentation schématique des huit classes de la famille des sémaphorines. Les sémaphorines de classe 3, qui jouent un rôle important dans les cancers, possèdent, outre le domaine Sema, un domaine de type immunoglobuline (Ig) et une partie carboxyterminale riche en acides aminés basiques.
