Après co-culture avec (A) des cellules stromales sécrétant activement HOXB4, (B) les mêmes cellules stromales ne sécrétant pas la protéine. Analyse immunocytochimique des cellules hématopoïétiques avec un anticorps anti-HOXB4, révélé par une coloration à la diamino-benzidine.
