Les différents rôles de l’hétérochromatine constitutive. L’hétérochromatine est une structure permettant d’assurer la stabilité génomique. Elle est classiquement caractérisée par les marques d’histones H3K9me3 et H4K20me3 et par la méthylation de l’ADN.
